You can simply move into one of our modern apartments or studios at any time and immediately get on with living: kitchenette and everything you need such as cutlery, coffeemaker, bed linen and towels is provided. We also off er a comprehensive hotel service at a reasonable all-in price, a weekly room service with cleaning, fresh bed linen and towels as well as free parking at the hotel or parking bays in our underground garage with video surveillance (extra charge). All the incidentals such as water, electricity and garbage collection fee are included in the monthly all-in price. Moving out is as easy as moving in. Just advise us any time that you are leaving– no long advance notice and no deposit.
